Sip Caviar Dinner Experience
We are proud to announce that Sip Cafe and Wine Bar is now Alaska's exclusive retailer for Tsar Nicoulai Caviar- one of the most respected, sustainably farmed caviar brands in the world. Please join us November 19th at 6:00pm for a six-course tasting featuring Tsar Nicoulai Caviar, sparkling wine, and various pairings prepared by our Chef, Carly Sparkles. This event will not just be a tasting- this will be an educational experience to remember.
The menu for the evening will include:
-Avocado Mousse with Baerii Caviar (Greece)
-Cucumber Roll-ups with Smoked Trout Roe
-Deviled Quail Eggs with California Reserved Caviar
-Hasselback Mini Potatoes with California Reserved Caviar
-Traditional Blini & Toast Points tasting
-Tillamook Vanilla Ice Cream with Baerii Caviar (Greece)
