The Moors
The Moors is a dark comedy about two sisters, their maid, and a dog, living out their days in an unusual old family manse on the rainy, windswept moors of England. Their monotonous existence is suddenly thrown into disarray by the arrival of a new governess and an anxious moor-hen. As exceedingly strong desires for love, fame, and power collide, secrets unravel, loyalties shift, and the once orderly household plunges into chaos. Content Warning: This play contains adult humor and mature themes, manipulative relationships, references to sexual acts, and an act of simulated violence.
