Cooking Demonstration with Shine
Each month, King Street Kitchen Company hosts cooking demonstrations featuring Charleston's finest culinary artists for "Food and Wine Wednesdays". This month's event features Shine Restaurant Chef Dillon Snider preparing ecclectic selections from Shine's new menu on Wednesday, May 13, from 6:00 until 7:30. Take home recipes that you can easily make in your own kitchen and meet some great people along the way. Taste some excellent Chilean and Argentinian wines provided by Santa Carolina Wines. Later, head next door to LESESNE for bubbly and desserts from 7:30 until 9:00.
