Convergence 19: The Dreamer's Welcome
Pagan saints, pumpkin seekers, beautiful skeletons and the restless undead who stay on this earthly plane seeking their beloved gardens,
We gather to honor the bright orange of the marigold, the sweat falling off the dancer near dawn and la Calavera Catrina.
We have music and libations to rouse the most torporous of passions for time is a fickle mistress and we are all on the border of the veil.
Our relationship with the grim reaper can remind us that everyone is worm food in the end, what matters is how we live and create beauty and art and serve our community when we live this one blossoming beautiful life.
In that spirit, this Convergence goes to benefit the Colorado Permaculture Guild. The Colorado Permaculture Guild trains and supports those stewarding the land to a regenerative future for us all. All profits from the event go to support scholarships for the Colorado Permaculture Guild and the scholarship fund of the historic Oddfellows Hall.
