HER STORY THEATER is having a MYSTERY FUNDRAISER at Chief O'Neill's in their beautiful dining room with stage!! 3471 N. Elston Ave Chicago, IL
NOVEMBER 12, 2025.
DOORS OPEN AT 6PM. Goes from 6:30PM to 9:30PM
YOU CAN BUY DRINKS AND FOOD FROM THE WAIT STAFF.
(Food can be purchaseed during the event but also before or after the event. O'Neill's doors open at 4PM and you can make a reservation to dine earlier -- make sure you have enough time to dine so you don't miss the Mix and Mingle which starts at 6:30PM You simply must meet the "guests". You can also eat after the event for a late night dinner. Kitchen closes at 10PM.)
You're the Dedective!
You and your fellow detectives will have your very own table and will support Lead Detective Bourne in solving the mystery of who put out the lights of one renowned, ornery, braggadoshish play critic.
Suspects will come to your table --denying their guilt, sharing their stories, convincing you of their innocence.. But we know better, someone or someones are guilty --but which ones?????. With your Detective Swag -- you'll take notes, ask questions, collect clues and solve the mystery...we hope. There is a grand prize for the most brilliant detective of all. A live auction! With a few other surprises challenge your senses. So get out your spy glass and come solve a who-dun-what!!!

HER STORY THEATER is a non-profit 501 (3) c. It's mission is to shine a bright light on women and children in need of social justice and community support. Since 2011 our work has highlighted homeless women, eight years of presenting works in all forms on domestic sex trafficking of youth; racism; missing women in America. Our HST Chicago Writers Exchange explores the work of area writers in any genre. We also provide performances on Women's History.
