Henebery Whiskey Dinner Party at Saltbox
The creative spirit aficionados behind Saltbox and local whiskey company, Henebery, have come together for a dinner party at the downtown gastro-lounge. The meal includes six bites prepared by Chef Jeremiah Bryant accompanied by whiskey cocktails from the minds of Saltbox's bar team.
Pairings include Lacquered Pork Belly with charred spring onions and fried green garlic served with a "Summertime Boulevardier" made with whiskey, Aperol, apricot brandy, peach bitters and a lemon twist and Seared Local Sea Bass with lemongrass scented forbidden rice served with a "Mai Thai," a combination of whiskey, toasted coconut and lemongrass orgeat, curry bitters and lime.
