The world of Madison Avenue is shaken up by the take over of a major ad agency by eccentric British zillionaire Willy Wanker. After a winner-take-all, losers-get-fired competition to come up with a slogan to sell the worst candy bar on earth to the American public incites a sore loser to homicide; Sheerluck Holmes is on the case!
