Katrina Alcorn: Beyond Burnout: An Interactive Discussion for Working Parents
We'll discuss juggling work and family, why parents burn out, why businesses should care, why this is a public health issue, what's wrong with work, and how to fix it. Katrina will relate her personal story while weaving in research about the dysfunction between our work and home lives and the consequences to our health, ultimately offering a vision for a healthier, happier, and more productive way to work and live. Attendees will receive a free copy of Katrina's book, Maxed Out: American Moms on the Brink.
