Grow Healthy Fruit without Chemicals
This City Fruit class offers up-to-date information about preventing apple maggot fly, codling moth and other common fruit tree pests and diseases without using harmful chemicals. A holistic approach to tree health relies on integrated pest management and a respect for basic permaculture principles.
Instructor Gail Savina has been gathering and testing information on pest prevention methods for urban fruit trees for the past seven years and will provide fact sheets, maggot barrier order forms and a list of resources.
