Oh, what a beautiful day! Join Jackson County Community Theatre for a beloved American classic that bursts with energy, heart, and unforgettable songs. Rodgers & Hammersteins Oklahoma! returns to the stage with all the charm and spirit that made it a landmark in musical theatre history.
Set in the early 1900s in the Oklahoma Territory, Oklahoma! tells the story of Curly (played by Jackson Williams), a handsome cowboy, and Laurey (Anna Clark), a strong-willed farm girl, as they navigate love, jealousy, and the changing landscape of the American frontier. With memorable songs like Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin, People Will Say Were in Love, and The Surrey with the Fringe on Top, this production is full of classic tunes and timeless storytelling.
Our talented local cast brings this sweeping tale to life with heartfelt performances, rich harmonies, and spirited choreography.
