Juneteenth weekend farm to table
**Join Us for a Juneteenth Farm-to-Table Celebration!**
Join Chef Rod Dodd, Chef Charlie Southward, and the Organic Harvest Gardens team at the Historic Growing Experience farm in North Long Beach for a special Farm-to-Table celebration during Juneteenth weekend.
We will be preparing an array of delicious and culturally significant dishes that honor the culinary traditions of Foundational Black Americans. Juneteenth, celebrated on June 19th, recognizes the freedom of enslaved Black Americans in the United States, and we aim to reflect this rich heritage through food.
Enjoy great cuisine that celebrates the African Diaspora, accompanied by uplifting music and historical reflections. We invite you to dine with us at a communal table nestled amidst the beautiful gardens.
