The New American Olive Oil: Profiles of Artisan Producers and 75 Recipes
Fran Gage is a respected pastry chef, author, and a member of the taste panel for the California Olive Oil Council, regularly judging oil at competitions. She will lead us through a guided tasting of artisanal California olive oils and she will sign copies of her book while we enjoy some of her favorite olive oil recipes.
