Ecological Gardening
Looking to grow your own spring and summer veggies, minus the pesticides and chemical fertilizers? Come join Doug DeCandia, Food Growing Project Coordinator at the Food Bank for Westchester, for this informative workshop on how to set up an ecologically responsible backyard vegetable garden. Topics will include pest management, composting practices, harvesting and pruning techniques, and more.
Registration is required; $20 per person, $5 for children ages 8-12.
