Join us for the 12th Annual Children of the Lotus Retreat, a transformative back-to-school experience designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit of children and families. Hosted by Dreamcatchers for the Soul Foundation, Inc., this free holistic retreat provides a safe and empowering space for children (ages 5-18) and their parents to explore mindfulness, self-expression, and emotional well-being.

This years theme, "Awaken the Flow: A Journey of Joy & Renewal," is inspired by the Sacral Chakra, the energy center that governs creativity, emotions, relationships, and self-expression. Just as water flows freely, this retreat encourages children and parents to release emotional blockages, embrace their inner creativity, and step into a renewed sense of joy and balance.

What to Expect:
Holistic Healing & Wellness: Parents can experience massages, Reiki, and sound bowl healing to restore balance and prepare for the school year.
Creative & Expressive Arts: Workshops in jewelry making, storytelling, visualization, poetry, creative movement, and art therapy to foster self-expression and emotional resilience.
Mindfulness & Self-Discovery: Engaging sessions in meditation, breathwork, and visualization to help children build focus and inner peace.
Inspiring Speakers & Experts: A diverse lineup of 16 speakers, poets, art therapists, and dance instructors sharing wisdom on emotional well-being and personal growth.
School Readiness: Children will receive backpacks filled with school supplies to ensure they are prepared for the academic year ahead.
