Garrison Keillor - The Keillor Reader
Left Bank Books and Maryville Talks Books present Garrison Keillor, host of "A Prairie Home Companion" and author of "The Keillor Reader."
When, at thirteen, he caught on as a sportswriter for the Anoka Herald, Garrison Keillor set out to become a professional writer, and so he has done--a storyteller, sometime comedian, essayist, newspaper columnist, screenwriter, poet. Now a single volume brings together the full range of his work: monologues from "A Prairie Home Companion," stories from "The New Yorker" and "The Atlantic," excerpts from novels, newspaper columns, and pieces never before published.
$30 admits one and includes one copy of "The Keillor Reader." $35 admits two, includes one copy of "The Keillor Reader," and $5 will be redeemable towards the purchase of another copy at the event.
