The Fábrica's 15th Birthday Party
Join us for a celebration of 15 years of the community textile arts workshop known as The Fábrica. We will have music, snacks and tea, as well as activities, such as screen-printing, banner-sewing, and a raffle. This even is also a fundraiser to support our ongoing expenses (mostly rent!).
Your ticket includes 1 raffle ticket. Bring a t-shirt to screenprint.
In the event of rain, the event will be moved to Math 3rd.
Venga a celebrar los 15 años de La Fábrica, un taller comunitario de los artes textiles. Habrá musica, comida, y té, también actividades como serigrafía, costura de banderas, y una rifa. El evento es también para juntar fondos para apoyar nuestros gastos continuos (la renta!).
Su boleto incluye un tíquet para la rifa. Trae una camiseta para serigrafiar.
Si llueve, la fiesta se trasladará al 3 de mayo.

This event will take place outside in the courtyard at the Hub for Sustainable Living / The Fábrica. The outside space is paved with some bumps and cracks. There are no stairs outside. There is a small stage area that does not have a ramp. The indoor space has no stairs, but there are uneven lips at the doorways. Doorways are not extra wide. There are two restroom restrooms. Both have grab bars. One of them is big enough to accommodate many wheelchairs.
The Hub / The FAbrica is located near the intersection of Laurel St and Pacific Ave. It is about 0.7 miles from the temporary Metro Bus Station in downtown Santa Cruz. The sidewalks near the event tend to be wide enough for mobility devices and have curb cuts. Most intersections have cross walks.
