Be My Valentine Dinner

Make it a Valentines Day to remember with a special four-course dinner date for you and your favorite person on Friday, February 14 at Tigerlily.

This chef-curated dinner will be held in our intimate tiki lounge where couples will enjoy an exclusive chef-curated meal unlike any other. Starting with welcome cocktails and Chef Rockiis Octopus Sunomono Bites, each course is designed to treat the senses and delight the palate. Hors doeuvres will be followed by a carrot-ginger salad. Couples have their choice of entrees, including Asian marinated pork chops with kimchi and miso applesauce; Duck Tataki with parsnip puree; or salmon roulade with soy pearls and forbidden rice. A special Valentines Day dessert by Chef Marisa will close the dinner. Tickets are $250 per couple. Seating is limited.

MENU

I: Octopus Sunomono Bites: octopus, seaweed salad, ikura, cucumber.

II: Carrot Ginger Salad: baby iceberg salad, rainbow carrots, cucumber, tomato.

III: (choose one per person)
Marinated Pork Chop, house kimchi, miso applesauce.
Duck Tataki with smoked pomegranate and balsamic reduction, Asian pear, beet-parsnip puree.
Salmon Roulade with onion brulee, soy pearls, forbidden rice.

IV: Melonpan: Sweet flavored bread with raspberry mascarpone cream.
