Sunday Supper: Moonlight Brews and Spring Sausage
SHED's Sunday Suppers are a monthly celebration of good farming, good cooking and good eating featuring farmers, fermenters and chefs. Dinner will be served family style and seating is casual, so come with your family, bring a neighbor, and make new friends!
Join us on April 27th for Sunday Supper featuring local purveyors Moonlight Brewery Co. and One World Sausage. There'll only be a sliver of moon in the sky but we'll have Brian Hunt's locally craft beers to light up the spring night. His small-batch seasonal brews will be paired with freshly grilled sausages from chef and sausage savant Franco Dunn. We'll serve the seasonal sausages along brioche buns from MHBB, and spring-inspired side dishes like house sauerkraut, carrot and kohlrabi vegetable salad, and herb and mustard potatoes. We'll finish with the delightfully seasonal almond cake and strawberries.
Two half pints of beer will be served with the price of ticket. Additional beer will be available for purchase.
We cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian diets at this dinner. For special dietary requests please contact grange@healdsburgshed.com.
