Grains of Wrath Fall Brewers Dinner
It's that time of year! Join us for our fall brewers dinner and taste a one off, 5 course meal specially prepared by Chef David Henry in collaboration with Head Brewer Mike Hunsaker & Brewery Operations Manager Owen Lamb!
Here is what you can look forward to:
Start - Pint of any GoW Beer!
Course 1
Roasted Bone Marrow Omelet with demi-glaze & house pickles. Paired with our award winning Vienna Lager!
Course 2
Southern Fried Quail with butter milk & chive over crispy potatoes. Paired with our new Scotch Ale!
Course 3
Miso butter poached halibut with ale fermented cabbage. Paired with our award winning Papermaker Pale!
One more pint of any GoW beer!
Course 4
Smoked barbacoa taco. Paired with Wrathlands Hoppy Red Lager!
Course 5
S'mores Chocolate Cake. Paired with our Barrel Aged Imperial Stout!
