It's pawpaw season! Come to learn about this still rare but increasingly available fruit, whose native range includes parts of southern Ontario, and its use in an ecological urban garden.
Tips for propagation, pollination and finding pawpaw will be shared by member Paul DeCampo, who has been growing these trees in Toronto since 1994.
A limited number of seedlings will be available as door prizes. Our Produce purchaser Becky is working on having some fruit available, but we cannot guarantee to have them to share that evening.
