Meet the Chefs:
Chef Demetrius Brown Founder of Heritage Supper Club and Owner of Bread and Butterfly, Chef Demetrius is known for his deeply rooted, soulful approach to cooking. He draws on flavors inspired by African American culinary traditions, blending nostalgia and modern techniques to create dishes that are both comforting and innovative.
Chef Zach Meloy Bringing his artistic background as a ceramicist and chef, Zach Meloy is the creator of Dirt Church Ceramics, where food and design converge. Known for his inventive use of locally sourced ingredients and modern Southern approach with Central American flair, Chef Zach's style embodies creativity, thoughtful presentation, and bold flavors.
