Fill the Freezers!
Kennel Enrichment is the key to happy shelter dogs. Enrichment can come in many forms but one of the easiest things for shelter volunteers to provide are frozen kong toys stuffed with kibble and other yummy treats!
Slugger City Bully Buddies, Inc. P.I.T. Crew is hosting a fundraising drive to purchase as many kong toys as possible for the dogs at Louisville Metro Animal facilities. Through donations of our wonderful supporters we have been able to provide LMAS with two freezers and our next goal is to FILL them with kongs. Can you help?
For just $5 dollars you can provide a shelter dog with an interactive toy of their own thanks to the generous Kong Cares Program available to shelters and rescue groups! Doesn't that sound better than spending $5 on a cup of coffee?!
