Belgians and Bacon Beer Dinner
You are invited to dine with Dominique Friart, fourth generation owner of Brasserie St. Feuillien from Belgium, for a very special 5-course prix fixe dinner with Belgian beer pairings. Special menu will be created by guest chef Annette Tomei. Two of the beers will include St. Feuillien-Green Flash collaboration brews.
Seasonal Menu (subject to change with beer pairings TBD):
Bacon and Herb Popcorn for all!
1st Course: BLT Crostini
2nd Course: Crispy Veal Sweetbread with St. Fueillien Bacon-Mushroom Ragout and Leeks "vinaigrette"
3rd Course: Bacon-wrapped Market Fish "En Pappilote" with Spring Vegetables
4th Course: Heritage Pork Summer-style Carbonnade on Zucchini Noodles
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Pudding with Ginger and Maple Candied Bacon
