Cooking methods used centuries ago may no longer be relevant in the modern era but certainly the experience of fine cuisine has not gone away. Rather, a fusion of cultures have reinvented and refined classic dishes and cooking techniques. In this class, we will explore classic productions that exemplify this global philosophy.
