Dassara's Passover Seder
On the second-to-last eve of the Passover holiday, April 21, Dassara Ramen will host a unique prix-fixe dinner in collaboration with the local event series, Pop-Up Shabbat. The dinner will take place in two waves of seatings for a small, intimate and convivial setting. Using the format and cuisine of the traditional Passover Seder as inspiration, you can expect a night of Asian influenced whimsy as we tweak traditions while celebrating culture.
There will be two seatings, at seven and nine, with eight dishes served over four courses. Wine pairings will be provided by David Rosengarten Wines for Food and Dassara with additional drinks available for purchase.
