The Italian Kitchen: The Sea in the Italian Home

School is almost over, and before heading out for her yearly summer in Italy, Cavallo Point's favorite Italian home cook, Viola Buitoni, will leave you with a few staples to enjoy in the coming season.
What's on the Menu:
Paccheri con pecorino e cozze (paccheri with pecorino and mussels)
Seppie ai piselli (calamari filled with peas)
Zabaione e frutta di stagione (zabaione with seasonal fruit)
