12:30PM ADVANCED CLASS, ADVANCED ACADEMY AND PRE PRO JAZZ ARRIVE
1:30PM ALL THE REST OF THE STUDENTS ARRIVE
3:30PM DOORS OPEN FOR PARENTS
5.00PM CEREMONY BEGINS
YOU CAN THEN PARTY UNTIL 11pm

Party the night away in a beautiful venue after celebrating your fabulous children and all their achievements.

Dress Code: Whatever Makes You Feel FABULOUS!

You can purchase a TABLE TICKET in the main event hall, amongst all the action with a great view. Or decide to sit up and purchase a seat in the Balcony (there are no tables in this area). We recommend FILLING THE TABLE TICKETS FIRST.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SEATS:

*Begin your order, the system will select your seat automatically
*You will not see the chart until you have selected a pricing level (however, it is attached to this email)
*If you would like different seats:
Select "Let me choose my own seats"
You will be shown the chart with available seats to select from
*If booking with another family, one family can be responsible for booking for the whole group
*There is a LIMIT of TWO TICKETS PER FAMILY until the second wave on SATURDAY JUNE 15th
*ONLY TABLE & BALCONY ARE ON SALE

Seating is allocated so you can liaise with another family if you are wanting to sit with others. There are 12 seats per table.

The second wave will be released on June 10th where more may be available, once we know all families have booked theirs.

The children will be chaperoned for the rehearsal and performance, but as soon as the ceremony is finished ALL CHILDREN MUST HAVE A PARENT/CARER WITH A PAID TICKET TO OVERSEE THEM FOR THE DURATION OF THE PARTY.
