Tiki Luau & Pig Roast
Celebrate summer at Mai Tiki on July 11 as we host a special luau-style pig roast and rum tasting with Tigerlily Executive Chef Ivan Dalou and our friends at Bumbu Rum. Chef Ivan and his team will be preparing a variety of succulently tender pork and tiki-style sides for this dinner that includes starters, a buffet-style pig roast and dessert. Each course will be paired with Caribbean-inspired drinks crafted by Mai Tiki. Drinks include a welcome drink with starters; a dinner cocktail during the main course; an after-dinner pour of select Bumbu offerings; and a dessert and digestif drink pairing. Tickets to this special event are $75. Space is limited.
