Pre-Shavuot Shabbaton
On this single-day retreat, we will prepare ourselves for Shavuot, the time of the reception of Torah/revelation.
Conducted largely in silence, this retreat will take advantage of several practices, including Shabbat prayer, chant, chi gung, learning and most of all, silent sits.
Led by the Metivta faculty and Rabbi Andrew Hahn (the Kirtan Rabbi).
