Target Free Sunday: Hands On: Bridging the Past and Present
Target Free Sundays Hands On: Bridging the Past and Present For Glenn Kaino: 19.83, the artist created two works, one of which, Bridge (2013) is a site-specific installation made of gold-painted casts of American athlete and Olympian Tommie Smith's fisted arm, forming a bridge in the museum's atrium. In this workshop, participants will create a hanging sculpture based on an inspirational moment from the past.
