Chef Ian will entertain and inspire in this truly "farm-to-table" cooking demo and book-signing. The morning starts with a quick tour of our fields where guests get a chance to harvest one of our crops for Ian to cook! Bring your questions, ideas, and recipe books. Learn more at www.ianknauer.com
