Echo Wesbrook is a bright teenager who loves words. Words like "favonian," "marmoreal," and "palinode." Her mind hums like a well-oiled machine. But with her grandmother and caretaker now gone, Echo will need to find a new way with her absent mother: a woman with perfect memory who remembers everything...and forgets nothing. The Wesbrook women are blessed with amazing minds but, after decades of pain and disappointment, can their hearts learn something new?
