You will be contacted via text 1-3 days before your spay/neuter appointment to exchange necessary information. If you would like to view info prior to the text, please visit www.fixthecat.org
You will PICK UP your cat(s) THE SAME DAY at THE SAME LOCATION, roughly between 5pm and 8pm - you will be texted a more precise time once surgeries are complete, along with a balance (total minus deposit - payable with cash or check).
The DEPOSIT that you pay to make your reservation is non-refundable without at least 48-hours notice.
In order to receive a refund or have your appointment date changed, you text (360) 623-0820 by 8:00am two days before your appointment. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE A BACKUP PERSON TO DROP OFF YOUR CAT ON YOUR BEHALF IN CASE YOU ARE ILL OR OTHERWISE UNABLE TO DROP OFF.
Also - please enter your contact info CAREFULLY - if you do not respond to our attempts to contact you with appointment details your appointment and fee will be forfeited.
