nem nuong - chargrilled pork and cucumber summer roll, home-made hoisin peanut dip
goi xoai - green mango, red chilli and prawn salad, nuoc cham dressing
choux banh mi - choux bun, char grilled chicken, crunchy pickled vegetables, sriracha
pho - seared sirloin, beef bone broth, rice noodles, beansprouts, fragrant herbs
kem ca phe - coffee condensed milk ice cream, espresso syrup
