Find Your Stride | Running and Yoga Retreat Point Reyes
This retreat has sold out. Please email info@yogascapes.com to be put on a waitlist or find out about future dates.
There's something about running on open trails that can awaken something in us we haven't felt since we were young. It is similar to the feeling we get when we roll out our yoga mats, breath a little, sweat a little and get quiet. There is sense of freedom and ease we find when we are able to shut up and move our bodies the way they are meant to move. Spend an epic weekend pounding dirt under your feet and reaching for toes on your mat. We will reconnect with what is real around us and within in us. We'll dig deep, run far and move gracefully.
Join us for a weekend of yoga and trail running in beautiful Point Reyes. Brothers Jason and Dylan Bowman will lead you from your yoga mat to the trails of Point Reyes, encouraging you to live on the edge of your comfort zone. We'll take adventures both on and off the mat, enjoy fresh local food and create a community bonded together by a desire to dream big and feel alive.

The impression they've left can be felt in his strong ability to teach the physical practice alongside the philosophical with insight and character. Dylan Bowman Dylan is a professional runner and endurance enthusiast residing in Mill Valley, CA. A lifelong athlete, Dylan excelled playing lacrosse through high school and college. When his lacrosse career ended, Dylan felt compelled to continue pursuing athletic goals outside of the team sports environment he'd always known. An initial curiosity in long distance trail running quickly turned into a passion and eventually a lifestyle.
With no formal background as a runner, Dylan has quickly become very successful on the North American ultramarathon circuit - earning many wins and podium finishes along the way. Dylan currently finds his inspiration on the world class trail systems of Marin County where he trains daily.
