Love & Saucers Prix Fixe Valentine's Dinner
Love and Saucers is the story of David Huggins, a 72 year-old Hoboken man who claims to have had a lifetime of encounters with otherworldly beings - including an interspecies romance with an extra-terrestrial woman - and chronicled it all in surreal impressionist paintings. Join us for a Valentine's Day evening filled with "close encounters" of the third kind. Single 6:30pm limited seating.
Our kitchen has prepared a five-course dinner for the evening featuring:
- Space Terrine (Lamb, Beef, Ube, Chestnut, Chimichurri, Fennel)
- Duck Confit (Silverfish, Harissa, XO, Mantou)
- Pasta (Carrot Noodles, Parsley, Martian Suace)
Entree; choice of:
- Surf & Turf (Langostine & Hangar Steak)
- Pasture Planet (Eggplant Agebitashi, Sea Grapes, Beet Soil, Leeks, Tarro Leaves)
Dessert:
- Pettite Four
Prix Fixe dinner is $65 / person.
Cavier and Black Truffle table service add-on available all evening.
Love & Saucers documentary screening beginning at 7pm in bowtruss.
