Experience deep dives into various spiritual practices that author Roger Wolsey describes in his new book "Discovering Fire: Spiritual Practices That Transform Lives." Experience Centering Prayer, Lectio Divina, Labyrinth Walking, Attuning to Nature, Authentic Relating, Dream-work, Breath-work, Shadow-Work, Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Creative Self-Expression, and more!
