Challah Day
Warm up a cold winter day baking challah, the Shabbat bread.
You can learn how to make the traditional braided egg bread, or you can opt to learn how to make chocolate challah a delicious twist invented by one of our expert bakers.
Each student will take home his or her freshly-baked loaf.
The day also includes a light lunch matzah ball or lentil soup, salad, Jewish apple cake, and of course, a fresh loaf of challah!
