Homeowner Septic Class
Taking care of your septic system is an important part of protecting public health and valuable water resources. It can also save you money by extending the life of your septic system and preventing costly repairs. Jefferson County Public Health (JCPH) is offering free classes to homeowners about septic system operation, maintenance, and inspection.
Homeowners who complete the course may be eligible for authorization from JCPH to complete their own septic system monitoring inspections. This authorization allows homeowners to maintain their systems at a low cost.
