The busy holiday season is approaching - are you ready for it? Join CMI champs, ACS CCPs, and huge nerds Tommy Amorim & Emilia DAlbero to learn how storytelling can be an effective salesmanship technique, and then get behind their pop-up counter to hone your skills in preparation for the imminent chaos of Q4.
Each ticket includes a tasting of 3 Maker to Monger cheeses, and the opportunity to practice your salesmanship, cutting, and wrapping skills with Tommy & Emilia in an intimate hands-on workshop. Youll learn how to build customer relationships, navigate sales interactions, increase basket averages, improve your technical/knife skills, merchandise and care for your cheese case, wrap in paper and plastic, and so much more. Plus, enjoy raclette hot dogs with your fellow mongers as we celebrate our craft and acknowledge the effort put into preparing for success in the coming months.
