Surveying and Drawing for the DIYer
We will learn how to survey your space, document existing conditions, and create drawings that work through design problems, communicate ideas, and can even be used for hiring contractors and permitting. There will be time towards the end of class to ask questions about your specific projects. This class is created and led by local certified interior designer and DIY-enthusiast Julianne Peters, NCIDQ IIDA.
The cost of this class is based on a sliding scale between $20 and $40. Materials necessary for the class, including ruled paper and drawing aids, will be provided. Please consider paying more to help cover the cost of hosting this class if you are able.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you have signed up for a class but are unable to attend, please email info@westphillytools.org to cancel your enrollment. For cancellation requests received at least one week before the class, we will either issue a credit towards a future class, or refund the full ticket price, less service fees collected by BrownPaperTickets (typically $2.50 - $4 per ticket). We are unable to guarantee credit or refunds for cancellation requests received less than seven days before the date of the class, although we will do our best to accommodate late cancellations if we are able to fill your spot. Tickets are transferable; please notify us prior to the class at the above email if someone else will be attending in your stead and provide the attendees name and email address.
