In a world lit by blinking LEDs and the feeling of heavy bass flowing through your skin, there is a place in which ritualism feels like entertainment. There have been instances more than a millenia ago in which a sacrifice must be made in order to appease the gods and bring good fortune upon the devotees. There are feasts and debauchery surrounding a lot of these ancient practices in which the willing are brought before all for the divines amusement.
