Book Arts Workshop: An Introduction to Folded Structures
Join book artist Lyall Harris at the Maier Museum of Art at Randolph College for this one-day workshop where participants will make a range of simple folded structures and engage in several writing exercises while considering the relationship between form and visual and written content. No prior book art or writing experience necessary.
Provided: cutting mats, utility knife, bone folder, paper, metal straight edge/ruler.
Bring: journal or writing paper, pen/pencil.
Limited Seating. This workshop is for participants 18+.
