 event designed to put you in touch
 with your food before it hits the plate.
 Participate or just observe as Master
 Butcher Randy Sprinkle slaughters and
 butchers 2 Ennes Ranch pigs.
 Enjoy the park-like atmosphere and special
 kids activities while we prepare your lunch.
 Partake in a VERY fresh family-style meal of
 your choice of pulled pork or chicken salad
 sandwiches served with salad, cookies and
 bottled water.
 Purchase pork packages by bidding in the
 silent auction. Proceeds will support
 local ranchers and benefit projects of Slow
 Food Delta Diablo.
 Tickets Include (2 options)
 (option 1)OBSERVER: $15pp or $30 for immediate families up to 4($5 for additional family members)
 Includes:
 watch from outside the barn
 enjoy the grounds/kids activities
 family-style lunch
 
 (option 2)PARTICIPANT / MASTER BUTCHER CLASS: $160
 ($100 for Slow Food members) Max 8 participants.
 Includes:
 admission inside barn during slaughter
 hands-on master butchery class (bring your own
