Chronic Hoarding & The Virginia Fair Housing Law
Is it unkempt? Is trash? Is it a symptom of a disability? Those are questions most housing providers will ask. Chronic hoarding is a disability under the DSM-5 since 2003. Would you know what to do if your resident is hoarding? Can you evict them? Join us for this event and learn about this disability and what you are allowed to do under the fair housing laws.
