Hermia wants to marry Lysander. Lysander wants to marry Hermia. But Demetrius also wants to marry Hermia. He used to want to marry Hermia's bestie Helena, who still wants to marry him. Hermia's father, Egeus, goes to Duke Theseus for help, and the Duke says, "Listen to your father, girl!"
