Sunset - Super Moon Tour with the NL Maritime Society -- 7:00-8:30 PM
Twilight is a magical time to be on the water.
Watch the sun go down and the moon come up on our 90-minute Sunset - Super Full Moon cruise. This is the last Super Moon of 2023.
UPDATE: We are taking the Silver Eel! It will be a swell-i-gent, elegant trip!
(The water taxi canceled on us at 5 PM -- engine trouble!!!)
This is a special & necessary fundraiser for the custom house! All funds raised will go to our Custom House New Roof Campaign -- a goal of NLMS's 40th anniversary celebration.
Tickets: $100. We'll bring the sparkling wine and treats!
Rain date? --There are no more super moons; we'll host the party at the museum!
Ride out to view the picturesque lighthouses of New London Harbor: New London Harbor 'Pequot' Light - a classic octagon, the oldest and tallest lighthouse on Long Island Sound; the stately 1909 brick New London Ledge Light; and Avery Point Light, the newest and smallest lighthouse in Connecticut. We also may travel into Fishers Island Sound to Latimer Reef and past North Dumpling Lights!

We meet on New London Waterfront Park at the floating dock behind the train station. Cross the tracks at the foot of State Street. We will meet slightly to the left by the kiosk and flagpole, behind the NL Railroad Station.
