Join us for a fermentation celebration featuring: Mama Os Kimchi, Threes Brewing, and Maker to Monger Cheeses.
Maker to Monger will be hosting Threes Brewing and Kheedim Oh, founder and owner of Mama O's Premium Kimchi, for a fabulous night of education, pairing, exploration, light bites, and live DJ. Mama O's is the first craft kimchi maker in NYC. Established in 2007, Mama Os' is one of the top fermented kimchi sold in the United States. It is a top level kimchi, handcrafted locally in NYC using his mothers recipe.
The ticket includes presentations by Kheedim Oh, founder and owner of Mama O's Kimchi, and Threes Brewing. These presentations will be followed by a guided pairing of five kimchi and cheeses with beer pairings, plus extra for choosing your own pairings! After the tasting we will have time to mix & mingle while enjoying a live DJ set from Bastard Jazz's artist, Bad Colours. All while chowing down on kimchi grilled cheese sandwiches, and truffle raclette fries topped with baby bok choy kimchi. Limited seating!
