A Farmer-to-Table Dinner: Supporting the Farmers Guild Scholarship Fund
How do we ensure the future of food? By ensuring that the emerging generation of farmers are informed, educated and thoughtful in how they work the soil.
It's no secret that farming is extremely challenging work. And while there are many new educational resources available--from sustainable agriculture schools to workshops on managing finances--for the new and young farmers who need them most, many of these programs are financially unattainable.
So on April 25th, we invite you to the Healdsburg SHED to eat, drink, mingle, and dance at this unique farmer-to-table fundraiser for the new Farmers Guild Scholarship Fund. Learn more about the evolving landscape of local food, meet the farmers themselves, and savor the very finest of our springtime harvest.

Chef Matthew Elias will prepare an incredible family style dinner, showcasing the organic ingredients grown and raised by local members of The Farmers Guild.

Local heirloom popcorn with assorted herbs & salts

Spring Salad with Walnuts & Rye Berries
Moroccan carrots with local feta, olives & cilantro
Spring garlic roasted Tokyo turnips
Prime beef rib with arugula salsa verde
Chili braised greens
Goats milk panna cotta with Strawberries

The Farmers Guild, empowered by FarmsReach, is a growing agricultural community for sharing resources, information, and what it means to be a farmer. SHED is a food community that brings people together and provides the tools to learn about growing, preparing and sharing delicious food.
