The Big Cheese Inaugural Grilled Cheese Festival & Competition
In celebration of National Grilled Cheese Month in April, OC Baking Company and Provisions Market will join forces to host The Big Cheese, Orange County's first grilled cheese festival and competition. OC Baking Company Master Baker Dean Kim will supply locally produced freshly baked bread to top OC Chefs competing for the title of "The Big Cheese."
WHEN: Monday, April 14th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
WHERE: Provisions Market (143 N. Glassell Street, Orange, CA 92866)
WHO: Led by Provisions' Executive Chef & Partner Greg Daniels, the competition will include the following chefs as they present their own spin on the classic grilled cheese sandwich:
*OC Baking Co - Master Baker Dean Kim (supplying all breads)
*Provisions Market - Executive Chef Greg Daniels (Host Chef)
*Haven Gastropub - Chef de Cuisine Craig Brady
*ARC - Executive Chef Noah Blom
*Little Sparrow - Executive Chef Eric Samaniego
*Gabbi's Mexican Kitchen - Executive Chef Gabbi Patrick
*Break of Dawn - Executive Chef Dee Nguyen
*Old Vine Café - Executive Chef Mark McDonald
*Anepalco's Cafe - Executive Chef Danny Godinez
*Fireside Tavern - Executive Chef Scott Brandon
